With over 10 years in the teambuilding industry, Benjamin Samin holds the role of Chief Executive Officer and Training Consultant. In addition to leading team development and team building programmes across more than 18 countries, he also plays a key role in client interface and communications in Kuala Lumpur and South East Asia.

Born in Brazil and educated in various nations and graduating in Engineering, Ben has an entrepreneurial background and also more recently worked in finance with a major Malaysian Investment Bank, granting him insights into the world of corporate decision-making.  His wealth of international exposure and his outgoing personality makes him a popular member of the Green Hat facilitation team.  

In recent years, he has facilitated workshops in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, India, Nepal and many more. Ben’s focus covers financial industry, Pharmaceutical industry, Oil & Gas industry, Creative industry which include names such as Linde Gas, Shell, Petronas, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan, Bank Negara, Khazanah, GSK, Pfizer, Media Prima & Affin Hwang.

Hanniz Lam

Director, Chief Creative Consultant

Hanniz has always been fascinated by how technology can transform industries and bring people together. Over the past decade, as the Director of Best Events Productions Sdn Bhd and long-time partner of Green Hat Teambuilding, she’s channeled that passion into producing large-scale tech events like the Global Drone Conference & Exhibition and launching initiatives like the Horizon Art Fair. She has also worked on impactful projects, such as managing the Malaysia Innovates Program under Malaysia’s Economic Planning Unit and UNDP, where I saw firsthand how innovation can drive real change.

Hanniz designs and facilitate team-building experiences that go beyond ice-breakers and entertainment. Her work focuses on helping teams think better together, communicate clearly under pressure, and build trust through shared, well-designed
experiences.
